1st Time Players!!!!
ALL Players registering for the first time are required to show proof of age and must submit a copy of Birth Certificate.
Traveling Players
- First time players must submit a copy of Birth Certificate
- Need Last 6 Digits of Social Security Number
- Need Small 1x1 school photograph with players name written on the back (you will not get this back)
